Festival de Parapente Linhares da Beira 2013
Pilots who take part in the 2013 XC-Open in Celorico da Beira are entitled as well to take part free of charge in the Festival de Parapente Linhares da Beira 2013 from 12-14 July. Details about will be published soon at the Festival home page.
For payments made before 31 May 2013
The entry fee is 90 Euro.
The entry fee for pilots from Portugal or pilots up to 28 years of age is 70 Euro.
For payments made after 31 May 2013
The entry fee will be 120 Euro.
The entry fee for pilots from Portugal or pilots up to 28 years of age will be 100 Euro.
Competition Headquarter
The Headquarter will be in Linhares da Beira on the castle square opposite the castle.
Registration starts at 18:00 on Saturday 06th July in the competition Head Quarter.

What is included in the entry fee and how to get to Celorico da Beira

3. Free Transport from Aiport Porto (OPO) to Celorico da Beira and vice-versa.

How to get to Celorico da Beira and Linhares da Beira
Transport from and to the Airport in Porto will be free . Distance Porto Airport to Celorico da Beira is around 190 km. Pick up will be on Saturday 6th July at 15h.
Schedule for the return trip on Sunday 14th July will be established with the pilots. Pilots who want to book pickup from Porto Airport have to contact Sergio Parreira (windsergio@sam-cam.com) of WIND Centro de Actividades de Montanha,
Transport from and to Lisbon Airport is best done by rent-a-car, by bus or train. It's easy to get this transport, since there is a Metro station in the Airport that takes you to the Bus and Train stations. Conditions for Bus and Train can be informed by the organization if you send your flight details. Please contact Sergio Parreira (windsergio@sam-cam.com) of WIND Centro de Actividades de Montanha. Distance from Lisbon to Celorico da Beira is around 340 km.
Transport from and to Madrid Airport is best done by rent-a-car. There are much more flights to Madrid and they are usually less expensive compared to flights to Porto and Lisbon. Distance Madrid Barajas Airport to Celorico da Beira is around 410 km. Rent-a-Car prices in Madrid are also less expensive than in Porto and start at 20 Euros/day. Flying to Madrid and to rent a car for 2 or 3 pilots can be less expensive compared to flying to Porto or Lisbon only and not have a rent-a-car.
